
Our belly dancing classes are categoriezed as an instructional, technique class (Learn), a muscle-toning calorie-burning class (Fitness), or a class in which you learn an entire choreography (Perform). Obviously, there are overlaps as you will still be getting health benefits from the Learn and Perform classes and will still be receiving instruction in the Fitness and Performance classes, but we have found that these categories assist students in pinpointing the exact class they are looking for. Additionally, some of the classes are meant to be taught in a specific order, and these are the Series listed. Each individual class ideally can be taught in one month of weekly classes. Although not required, some classes are more advanced and students will likely enjoy them more after taking another more basic class. The class prerequisites are listed in parentheses for these classes, but are simply a SUGGESTION, not a requirement. This is just a starting point for ideas so please contact Kassi, and she can help you find the class that is right for you or create a custom class based on your needs.
